Hey guys,

I am Fran and welcome to Hard Candy's blog!

Hope you are all looking forward to our first gig, its all very exciting for us Hard Candy girls.

So let me tell you a little about myself.. At an early age I have always been interested in singing and when I was little me and my sister would always put on singing and dancing shows for our family and we would always make them watch us even when they didn't want too!

I attended The Dance Studio for several years where I done Tap and Modern dance classes which lead me to be in several local shows which I loved doing.

I am really looking forward to the future with Hard Candy and am very excited about performing with the other Hard Candy girls as they are all lovely girls and we all have a great relationship.

So I hope to see you all at one of our Hard Candy gigs soon xxx

Jade & Helen Welcome Video...

So last night me and Helen got together to record a little something for our Hard Candy followers, we had a laugh making the video and made about 10 videos that all went wrong but it was very funny!

Alex and Fran are currently in NYC so we thought we would record a little video just to update everyone :)

Hey Hard Candy fans!!

Thank you all for joining our blog page.

So let me introduce myself to you all...

I am a fun time girl and I have always had a passion for music, singing and dancing. I belonged to a dance school when I was younger and attended tap, jazz and modern dance classes . I also used to sing in my school choir when I was a little girlie.

I was always quite shy at school so I never pursued anything further until people started to tell me I should do some modelling it was then I went in for the 'Miss More 2005' competition which I had won and was crowned 'Miss More 2005'! This made me pursue a modelling career and went on to appear in adverts for MTV and Gillette and also modelled for other magazines.

Five years later me and my friends created HARD CANDY our band which should be big in 2010!!

Hey Hardy Candy Joiners!

Like Jade said thanks again for all of you accepting to join our group and come along with our journey of Hard Candy.

Just a few things about me :) I've always loved to sing, dance and act, singing and dancing is my favourite two.

My dream began when I was about 5 years of age and I was asked to be Cinderella in a school play I was so excited to perform when I did I knew that was what I wanted to do.

I went through secondary school doing performances for talent shows and plays ect.

After I left school I was accepted into Chicken Shed theatre were I gained a lot of confidence! While I was attending the theatre I was chosen to be in a new series 'City of Vice' which I was really excited about, unfortunately my character was a prostitute lol

I then left Chicken Shed and was very lucky to find the other members and good friends of Hard Candy!

Hard Candy's Jade

Hey guys,

Firstly welcome to Hard Candy's blog :)

It means allot to me and the girls to have people follow our blog . I know we are not stars yet but we are working hard to try and become the new pop sensation so the more followers we get the more we feel good!

Let me tell you a little about myself....

I am 23 years old and currently live in London. I have been singing ever since I was able to talk and always put on shows for my family. As I got older I got more into my singing and performing and went to several dance classes and acting classes and was able to do local shows.

At 16 I was cast in my local big theatre production of West Side Story as a JET, this was my first big thing and the show was on for two weeks running every night, it was amazing to be on the stage every night and dance and act in my favorite musical although I had wished I had the part of Maria!

I then got spotted and went on to do solo gigs with a full jazz band and even recorded a song for a British Gangster Film called the Guvnor but the film wasn't released due to funding issues.

I took some time out of singing and worked for several companies and that's how I met my fellow Hard Candy Member Helen :) We both had worked in showbiz and thought we could put an amazing new band together and that's how we formed Hard Candy!

I am looking forward to the future with Hard Candy and really hope that we achieve our dreams..
